Our Programs

What We Do

ECHO's work spans five interconnected areas — all grounded in compassion, credibility, and community.

01

Victim-Centered Services

ECHO provides compassionate, trauma-informed support for survivors of exploitation and families of the missing. Our approach centers the needs, safety, and dignity of those we serve — never re-traumatizing, always empowering.

  • Crisis support and referrals to local resources
  • Advocacy and case navigation
  • Connection to housing, legal aid, and counseling services
  • Long-term follow-up and support coordination
02

Case Review & Investigative Support

ECHO provides lawful civilian investigative support for cold cases and exploitation cases. We work alongside — not in place of — law enforcement, offering research, documentation, and case review assistance.

  • Cold case review and documentation
  • Open-source research and analysis
  • Coordination with law enforcement agencies
  • Family advocacy and case status updates
03

Education & Prevention

Knowledge is protection. ECHO delivers community outreach, training, and awareness programs that help individuals, families, and organizations identify and prevent exploitation.

  • Community awareness presentations
  • School and youth outreach programs
  • Training for community organizations and businesses
  • Public awareness campaigns
04

Research

ECHO supports evidence-based approaches to exploitation and cold case work through research, data collection, and collaboration with academic and professional partners.

  • Data collection and trend analysis
  • Collaboration with researchers and academics
  • Publication of findings and best practices
  • Policy advocacy informed by research
05

Collaboration

No single organization can solve these problems alone. ECHO actively builds partnerships with law enforcement, social service agencies, nonprofits, and community organizations to amplify collective impact.

  • Law enforcement partnerships
  • Social service agency coordination
  • Nonprofit coalition building
  • Community stakeholder engagement
