Why Cold Cases Matter
Thousands of families across Florida and the nation live with the weight of an unanswered question: what happened to their loved one? Cold cases — unsolved crimes and missing persons cases — can go unresolved for years or decades, leaving families without closure or justice.
ECHO believes every case deserves attention. We provide civilian investigative support — open-source research, case documentation, and coordination with law enforcement — to help bring new eyes and fresh perspective to cases that have gone cold.
We are not a law enforcement agency. We do not conduct criminal investigations. Our role is to support families, assist with documentation, and work alongside the agencies responsible for these cases — always within the bounds of lawful civilian activity.
Case Review
We review available case information, identify gaps, and document findings to support ongoing investigations.

Our team conducts lawful open-source research to surface new leads and information relevant to cold cases.
Family Advocacy
We advocate for families — helping them navigate the system, understand their options, and stay informed about their case.
